Cecil Malwandla Makhubele is a South African FUTURE entrepreneur and the Deputy Chairperson of the Nyukani Education Centre Alumni Association. His career spans education, hospitality, consulting, construction, and technical services, with a focus on building businesses that create opportunities in both urban and rural communities.
Education
Cecil completed his Matric at Nyukani Education Centre in 2018.
He later studied Hotel Management and Culinary Arts at the International Hotel School, Sandton Campus.

1. Kotaland – 2018
Launched his first business, Kotaland, before he matriculated, The venture operated for one year before closing due to academic commitments.
2. Topped Off Coffee – 2020
Established a coffee brand in 2020. Operations were disrupted by the COVID-19 pandemic, leading to its closure.
3. MALWANDLA Consulting Services
Registered to provide business consulting, entrepreneurship advisory, and company registration services.
4. Cecil Makhubele Holdings
Founded a holding company structured into multiple service divisions:
- Technical Operations: CCTV installation, gate motors, DSTV, garage motors, and electric fencing
- Rural Mining
- Trucking Services and Fleet Coordination
